Kosmi had a product ready for market and no brand to put on it. No logo, no identity, no positioning, not even a colour. And it had to be right first time, because it was going onto packaging and embossed into the jewellery.
Nothing was on the market yet, so nothing was being lost. But nothing could move either. No packaging, no launch, no way to look the part.

The Approach
We started where we always start, with research, not guesswork. The biggest piece was a competitor audit of how comparable jewellery brands looked and priced themselves. The rest was real customer insight: the founder's family sells jewellery through a homeware store.
From there, one session. The founder came to us and in two hours we built the identity and positioning together: a cherry-red anchor, oatmeal to balance it, a clean serif, affordable luxury as the idea underneath.

The brand went live a few weeks ago, on the packaging, the product, and every channel. The launch event did well, the reels are pulling real reach, the following is climbing from zero. The response is exactly the goal: people read Kosmi as premium.
